GR3 is back to open another summer on the Russian River. This annual kayak, canoe, and SUP race has a pro course (approx. 9 miles) and a short course (approx. 4 miles) that ends in a FREE River Party at Johnson’s Beach in Guerneville, with food trucks, beer, and live music by the Cahoots to enjoy. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes and winning racers!

The annual River Awards Gala honors and highlights the people, businesses, and farms that are leading the Russian River to a more climate resilient future. In addition to an award ceremony, the Gala featured a local farm-to-table dinner, drinks on the patio in the afternoon sun, biodynamic and organic local wine and beer, silent and live auction with Senator Mike McGuire, and live music.
