What We’re Doing

Mission Statement:

Russian Riverkeeper inspires the community to protect the Russian River forever.

Russian Riverkeeper has three major programs to achieve our mission to protect the health of the Russian River for our community. The goal of all the programs is to inspire the community to act to protect the Russian River, whether that means volunteering for a cleanup or restoration project, writing a letter on a pending issue before decision-makers, or becoming informed about how everyday activities that can harm the rivers health. Our major programs are Advocate, Educate and Celebrate.
