Adopt-a-Highway 116 Northwood Section Cleanup
Come volunteer with us! It’s easy to participate and we provide all the gloves, safety gear, trash grabbers, and bags!
When you arrive, check-in with your team leader who will be wearing a yellow safety vest.
From the check-in location, volunteers will be able to choose various walking routes along the highway based on where the trash is. Supplies will be provided if needed at check-in, but you are encouraged to bring gloves, water, sturdy shoes and other supplies if you have them.
This section of the road is close to the Russian River that runs just alongside the highway. Let’s grab the trash before rains and wind sweep it into the waters where it can cause harm to people and animals. We look forward to working together for a cleaner watershed!
