Meet us in Petaluma at the end of Shasta Avenue to get started. Parking is across the street from Petaluma Bounty Farms-carpooling is encouraged. Meet Carol in an orange shirt or safety vest toward the Smart Pathway to check-in (see photo for exact spot).  We'll then walk to where the trash is about .25 miles (5-10 min walk) from the meeting location to get to the trash.

Come help Russian Riverkeeper cleanup the trash along this stretch of the Petaluma River! We’re branching out into our surrounding communities to help keep these areas clean for all to enjoy- let’s connect while enjoying a day outside making a positive impact on our environment. 

EVENT DATE: 2/14/26

TIME: 10am- 12pm

Supplies will be provided if needed but you are encouraged to bring gloves, water, hat, and other personal items you might need for a 2 hour cleanup. Please wear sturdy shoes and clothing that is ok to get dirty.  It might be a bit chilly in the morning but we are hoping for good weather. In the event of rain, event may be cancelled depending on severity and we’ll keep in touch about conditions through email.
