Johnson’s Beach, Guerneville Cleanup- RRWCU

The 40th Annual Russian River Watershed Cleanup

Be part of one of the biggest environmental volunteer events of the year where hundreds of volunteers come together to protect the Russian River before the winter rains carry litter to the ocean.

Volunteer Perk: Free gift for all participants!

We’ll meet in the parking lot for registration, volunteers can choose from a variety of walking routes based on where trash is most concentrated throughout Guerneville, Hulbert Creek, along the beach, and toward the regional park.

What’s Provided: Gloves, trash grabbers, and bags. It is recommended to bring a reusable water bottle and a hat!

Why it matters: We know that 80% of ocean trash starts on land. Your cleanup helps protect wildlife and stop pollution before it flows downstream during the winter months. We can’t wait to get out on the river with you!

Be part of something big! Join us in Guerneville and help keep our river wild, beautiful, and trash-free. Sign Up Today!
