Courtney brings nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership, community building, and fundraising experience. She is passionate about connecting people with meaningful causes and believes lasting impact happens when communities rally around a shared vision.
As the first college graduate in her family, Courtney has always viewed education as an opportunity to open new doors. Her background includes degrees in psychology, sociology, and marketing communication, along with certifications in fundraising, project management, business analysis, and wine.
Growing up in Denver, she began her career in financial services before an adventurous leap inspired by a love of wine brought her to Anderson Valley. There, she served as Executive Director of the Anderson Valley Winegrowers Association, where she discovered a passion for mission-driven work and the power of bringing people together around a common purpose.
Outside of work, Courtney and her partner, Eric, enjoy entertaining family and friends, cooking together, and she’s recently discovered a love for baking. She’s an art collector, serves on the Cloverdale Arts Alliance Board, and is a lifelong Siamese cat enthusiast who has shared her home with four Siamese over the years, most recently welcoming Hairy, a rescue kitten.
