The river doesn’t stop flowing and neither do we. Our important mission-driven work continues.

Due to Sonoma County’s public health order to shelter in place, our staff will be working from home for the foreseeable future. Please understand if it takes us a little longer than normal to respond to you. All public events including trash cleanups have been cancelled.

Only limited staff providing essential services are working outside of their homes. Volunteers may not support our public programs until the shelter-in-place mandate is over. Staff are wearing masks and gloves around others and following safe social distancing protocol.

Health officials are now recommending that we cover our faces in public during the coronavirus pandemic. Medical-grade masks are being reserved for vulnerable populations, so Russian Riverkeeper has donated old t-shirts to do what we can to help flatten the curve. Long-time supporter KC is pictured here and is leading the volunteer effort to sew and distribute cloth masks to those in need. Thank you KC!
